Very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Complimentary daily compliments on perfume. Delicious food and compliments to the chef. Special thanks to the Chef for serving additional breakfast items.

The rooms are standard, with wooden door wall cupboards and adequate shower/toilet facilities. The restaurant staff provide quick and helpful service, catering to local flavors during New Year holidays.

Located steps away from a wide sandy expanse of beach, the clean and comfortable accommodation at this hotel makes for a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy relaxing in one of two swimming pools, while the friendly staff goes out of their way to serve you. the buffet serves up decent food and the basic yet clean rooms offer a comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hibiscus Beach Hotel & Villas. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, and anything I needed was readily available. The reception area was particularly impressive, and I was delighted by the daily compliments I received from the assistant manager on my perfume.

Complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The location near the beach and the view from the rooms were stunning. The fact that there were multiple pools to choose from was also enjoyable.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The plumbing was not functioning properly, and there were issues with hot water.

Spent Christmas at a beachside resort with a great pool and beach access. the staff was very friendly and the area was well supervised by security personnel. A convenient location right on the beach made it easy to go for a swim whenever I wanted. the food at meal times was really nice and there was a good range on offer.

Some areas of the hotel were a little run down, especially the rooms which could use a renovation. There were a lot of bugs and cockroaches which wasn't pleasant.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, with the pancakes and fresh fruit being particularly delicious. the helpful staff made sure our stay went smoothly and were always on hand to offer recommendations for local attractions.
